This book is awesome!
I read the first draft, when it was posted serially online. It's one of the best M/M romance novels you can buy, and a steal of a deal at that price, considering the length and the quality of the writing. It will make you laugh and cry, going through Adam and Sam's ups and downs, as Adam grows and changes and figures out what life is really all about.
I can't say enough good things about The Gardener. It's in a league of its own when it comes to M/M romance stories.

Heartwarming / Heartwrenching

This book is about as good as they get. The characters have such depth, such realism, that I honestly could not put it down. From true "laugh out loud" moments to scenes of great despair and sorrow, the author has woven a tale of the highest caliber. We even get a murder mystery!
When they say a roller coaster ride, they aren't kidding.
Characters and situations in the story are fully rendered and feel amazingly real. Many times I caught myself speaking back to them, if only in my head, The plot is amazing and complex while somehow pulling you through the story at a breakneck pace. (The pool scene is a great example.) I'm reminded of the writing style of a certain British author who must not be named. An amazing feat to be sure.
Truly a romance of great passion and truth, the author has hit one out of the park.
Please, let there be a sequel.

I am still thinking about this book 2 days after I read it!

This story was laugh out loud funny, totally heartwarming, and at a certain point, almost made me throw my iPad across the room! I have never had a book effect me in so many different ways. I have even gone back and and skimmed through the book just to determine when and where the words on the page had so much effect on me. This story ends up taking you on a journey of love that will stay with you for long after you read it. Hang on tightly to your emotions because you will go through every one of them! Fantastic story!
